On the other side of the political spectrum, we have the principled Americans, no matter the political affiliation, who see the risk posed by the present-day Republican Party and are willing to join forces to combat these threats. The recent court decision in Texas has made it clear that a showdown is imminent, one that will take place before a highly partisan Supreme Court.
The question that looms large is, what will happen if the Supreme Court sides with the radical judge in Texas and outlaws the abortion pill? Will Democratic states simply accept the ruling of a partisan and radicalized Supreme Court? Or will there be growing calls for unjust laws to be justly ignored?
